I’ve been working with a nutritionist, moving my body more, drinking more water, and paying closer attention to what I’m putting into my body, including getting MORE FIBER! Did you know Pryor Field Regional Airport in Tanner, AL transforms into a full weekend of military demonstrations and high-speed fly-bys right over your head? ✈️ I’ve added one more little step to my nighttime routine. The intrusive thoughts won again…leading to procrastination. The year is flying by and things are getting hectic. But in times like this all I can ask is “What would Julia Stiles do?”.
